I have a really bad snoring Problem affecting my life and my family to the degree that made me ready to pay anything to stop this problem

My wife usually sleeps in the children room and usually I sleep alone and close the door of my room, Also I usually don't get enough sleep and feel tired during work and easily fall asleep in the bus going to the work and all my friends usually comment about my snoring.

One day I was with one of my colleges and we were in the waiting sale of my bank when I fall asleep and he heard my snoring

He shake me gently and smiled saying "Oh my poor friend, I have a solution for your problem, I was suffering from the same problem"

I told him about all the problems snoring made for me and he started to explain snoring and its causes and he advised me to get a dental device as he is using it since 3 years with great results. It is a mouthpiece I can wear only while sleeping and it is so easy to apply and will markedly improve my problem. He gave me the address of his dentist who I visited the same day !!

To tell you the truth I don't hate more than dentists but I tried to be calm till he finished his job with my mouth and he told me to come after few days to get my mouthpiece

I get it 1 weak later and throw it the same day " I couldn't afford putting a foreign body in my mouth for even 1 minute" :( :( :(

Back to the start point but now I decided to get another solution and I consulted an ENT specialist

Actually he was so friendly and usually speaks with a nice smile, I said "this person will solve my problem". I informed him with all my story and he he explained that there are many modalities to treat snoring.

He advised me about stop snoring surgeries

He said "Snoring surgery usually carry permanent cure for the problem with less side effects but also it costs a lot and it is not covered by medical insurance. Now stop snoring surgeries are easier with the introduction of Laser Surgery as it is an outpatient procedure with no post operative hospital stay.
The aim of the surgery is to remove the Uvula which is the small triangular projection from the back of the mouth which is responsible for snoring."

I was so happy to hear these words and I asked him to make the operation for me as soon as possible

But then he told me that the Uvula although not important in English it is responsible for the production of some letters in other languages like Arabic and Hebrew languages

I am an Arabic interpreter and the uvula is responsible for the production of the letters (خ) and (غ) present in the Arabic language

So if I want to quit snoring I should leave my job otherwise I will be so funny replacing these letters with G and K

It was not a difficult decision. I left his clinic at once I am snoring but I have work :)

But it is not the end of the story. Now I knew about the natural ways to stop snoring, I will try and I think they are better than surgery many times
