I am a a house officer {under training doctor} from Egypt, My story began 2 years ago when I was on a vacation outdoors

It was the first time to smoke a cigarette

At first It was for fun and play. However day after day I became addicted to it.

That's when my friends told me that I was snoring while sleeping in the bus
At first I denied because usually I am very silent during my sleep, but they persist "I was really snoring"

Finally I admit and said sure i was snoring because I was very tired

The next night I wanted to be sure so I put a recording tape near my head to record I I am snoring

the next morning I was shocked hearing clearly my loud snoring

From then my life changed , My snoring was so loud and if for any circumstances I slept near some one he was experiencing a very bad night.

This problem harmed a lot of my relations and affected me badly that I had many depressive episodes may be appearing not related to snoring but I am sure they are

While surfing the net I read an article about how to stop snoring , with some tips and advices to stop snoring and how to deal with a snoring partner plus stop snoring exercises , The most important thing I found was about smoking

Yes. Smoking! It is the cause, every thing started fro the first cigarette!
And they said smoking is of the most important causes of snoring,

The same day I decided to quit .... However, I tried several times to quit and bout many products to aid me to stop but finally failed
It is not easy to quit snoring or you can say it was semi impossible for me at that time. So please if you are not smoker please don't try even a cigarette. It is a silent thief

3 months ago while surfing the internet I know about a drug called Champix, It is really expensive but I my desire to stop smoking and snoring was more precious
I started using Champix and 1 weak later I stopped smoking {Actually I am not sure if it is the effect of the drug or that because I really wants to quit smoking but finally I could quit smoking}

Don't expect me to tell you that I stopped snoring at once.
This doesn't happen

But really My snoring markedly improved, and is still improving
Now I rarely snore and no one is annoyed of my sleeping
